- Each individual who wishes to attend ICoRD’27 needs to register by filling out the registration form (see further below) and by paying the registration fee (for exceptions, see point 4 below). The type of registration fee will be decided by the nationality of affiliation and not the author’s nationality. Please see FAQ 6 for clarification regarding participants with Indian, SAARC, or international affiliations, and FAQ 7 for cases where co-authors have different types of affiliation.
- For each paper, at least one author must register by paying the registration fee. Please see FAQ 1 for an example involving multiple authors of the same paper.
- One registration form may include all of an author’s papers. One registration fee covers up to two papers, and the calculator adds the applicable fees for additional pairs to the final total. Please see FAQs 2, 3, 4 and 5 for examples.
- Invited delegates still need to fill out the registration form but do not need to pay the registration fee, except where an invited delegate is a co-author of a paper to be presented at ICoRD’27 and no other co-author has registered by paying the registration fee. Please see FAQ 8.

Frequently asked questions
1. My paper ID is 106. There are three authors for this paper. We all want to participate in the conference. How many registrations will be required?
Each person who wishes to participate in the conference will have to register by paying the full conference fee separately. In your case, three separate registrations are required.
2. I have two different papers that have been accepted for ICoRD'27. Do I have to register twice?
No. One registration fee can be used by an author for up to two papers.
3. I have three different papers that have been accepted for ICoRD'27. Do I have to register three times?
No. You need to register by paying the increased registration fee once. A single registration fee can cover up to two papers; therefore, three papers require two registration fee units.
4. My co-author and I have one paper in ICoRD'27. How many registrations will be required for both of us to attend the conference?
A total of two registrations will be required, as each participant must pay one registration fee.
5. My co-author and I have two papers in ICoRD'27. How many registrations will be required for both of us to attend the conference and present the papers?
A total of two registrations will be required, with one registration fee per person. Each registration can cover up to two papers.
6. I am an Indian national having affiliation with a foreign institution or organization. Under which category should I pay?
If you are affiliated with a foreign institution or organization, you need to register under the International category, irrespective of your nationality. Similarly, if you are affiliated with an Indian or SAARC institution or organization, you should pay the registration fee applicable to Indian/SAARC participants, irrespective of your nationality.
7. One of my co-authors has an international affiliation. I have already paid the registration fee for the submission and my registration. Which registration fee should my co-author pay?
Each participant has to pay a registration fee based on the affiliation type (Indian/SAARC or International) of that participant. Your co-author should therefore pay the fee applicable to their affiliation. However, your co-author does not need to pay extra page charges, if applicable, when those charges have already been paid in your registration.
8. I am an invited delegate to ICoRD'27 (Keynote Speaker, ICONN Awardee, Co-Chair, member of the Steering Committee, etc.). Do I have to pay a registration fee to attend ICoRD'27?
Invited delegates do not need to pay the registration fee if they have no paper to be presented at ICoRD'27, or if a co-author has already registered for the paper by paying the registration fee. However, if you are a co-author of a paper to be presented at ICoRD'27 for which no other co-author has registered by paying the registration fee, you must register by paying the applicable registration fee.
9. Can I transfer my registration to my co-author if I am unable to attend the conference?
